Dr. John Belovich is a proud Illinois native, raised in the small town of Hinckley. Growing up, he was deeply involved in both organized and recreational sports, which instilled in him a lifelong passion for physical activity and athletic performance. He went on to attend Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology while competing as a Division III collegiate football player.
During his athletic career, Dr. John experienced a range of injuries—both minor and significant—that were successfully managed through chiropractic care. These firsthand experiences with effective treatment inspired him to pursue a career in chiropractic medicine, with the goal of providing others the same quality of care that allowed him to return to the field.
While earning his Doctor of Chiropractic and Master’s in Sport Science and Rehabilitation at Logan University, Dr. John faced a significant personal challenge—suffering a severe hip injury that required surgery. Grateful for the care he received and the knowledge he had gained, he developed his own post-surgical rehab plan, which led to a recovery over 33% faster than expected. The experience deepened his understanding of patient care and strengthened his passion for helping others recover and perform at their best.
Today, Dr. John specializes in dry needling, total spine and extremity care, sports and exercise-related injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and headache management. He is passionate about helping individuals recover, prevent future injuries, and return to peak performance.
Dr. John is proud to serve the St. Louis area and surrounding communities and looks forward to making a lasting impact on the health and wellness of his patients.
